Key Performance Areas.

Customer Service

* Responsible to achieve
departmental Turnover budget.
* Responsible for superior
customer service at all time.
* Responsible for resolving
customer orders, requests
and queries.


Cashiering

* Responsible for the till
policies and procedures for
all transaction types.
* Perform accurate daily cash - up's.
* Ensure that your pay- point
is operational at all times
(e.g. change, bags, till
rolls ext.)

Training
* Conduct cashier training at
entry level as prescribed for
relevant staff member.
* Report self development and
training needs.


Product knowledge
* Provide accurate, information
to customers.
* Identify and utilize the
opportunities for up -
selling.
* Continuously update own
knowledge about new products
and releases.

Stock merchandising.
* Responsible for exceptional
merchandising and housekeeping

Customer relationship management
* Resolve complaints to the
satisfaction of the customer.
* Implement the Customer
Management strategy.
* Be responsible to process and
follow - up all customer
orders.

Administration and reporting
* Be responsible for all filing
and administration.
* Be responsible for all
documentation and quality of
completion.
* Contribute towards problem
identification and resolving
it.

Finance and Administration.
* Responsible for departmental
stock take and results.
