Experience:

*6 months Call Centre Training Experience
*Procedure and Processes writing
*Quality Assurance
Knowledge:
*Call Centre Operations – Inbound and Outbound
*Call Centre Systems
*Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act
*Batho Pele Principles
Skills:
*Communication [verbal and written]
*Computer literacy
*Telephone etiquette
*Good command of the English language
*Sound organizational and interpersonal relations
*Able to work under pressure and unsupervised
*Document tracking
*Decision making
*Good spelling ability
