Manager & Cook / Chef Duties: - Must be a good cook or chef ( prepare breakfast’, lunch or dinner) if required - To be responsible for the property - Must be able to communicate at all levels - Must be well presented - Be able to work in a bar - Must have a valid drivers license and their own transport - Problem solving abilities - Must have previous Lodge experience (or a Student in training) - Assist with housekeeping - Live in only ( Have to be at the Lodge all the time )
